About the BASE Project

Our project is aimed at supporting FE teachers with sector leading CPD and teaching resources supported by technology to better meet the needs of students.

Our approach

Our ‘Learning Nutrition’ approach comprises the key elements we believe any learner requires to thrive, accelerate learning and achieve their potential

FE Managers' Pathway

Our team of experienced subject specialists will provide support, training and mentoring. They will deliver this through distance learning, some in-person, and via a distil level through coaching and mentoring

FE Teachers' Pathway

Through the sessions they will gain empathy and a better understanding of their students. Once these foundations have been established they will be taught the Learning Nutrition approach and how to easily embed the techniques into their everyday practice.

Students' Pathway

Each Maths and English resit student will have an account created on the Development Wheel platform with access to the subject specific Wheel(s).

The wheel(s) will contain content created by our specialists which supports the curriculum and helps build their confidence and resilience.
